Sites & owners
A "site" is the flat, plot, or unit itself — it's owned, not rented, so there's an owner instead of a tenant.

Add a site
From your property overview, tap "+ Add Site" and give it a Site/Unit No. and a type (House, Empty Land, or your own custom type).

Link an owner (optional, but needs an email if you do)
You can add a site with no owner yet and fill it in later. If you enter an owner's name or mobile number, their email is required too — it's how Claybricks identifies and links their account.

Send a reminder
Open Owners & Reminders to see every site's owner and outstanding balance, with a WhatsApp button that opens a pre-filled reminder message — you send it yourself, nothing goes out automatically.
