Adding your first room and beds
Rooms hold the beds tenants move into. Every bed you add shows up automatically on the occupancy matrix — nothing else to configure first.

Open Room & Beds
From your property, tap the 🛏️ Room & Beds tab in the module menu.

Tap "+ Add Room"
Give the room a number or name (e.g. "101" or "2nd Floor — A") and how many beds it has.

Beds appear automatically
Each bed shows as Vacant until a tenant moves in — tap any bed to assign or book a tenant.
Tip — Adding 20+ rooms at once? Use Bulk Import next to "+ Add Room" to upload a CSV instead of adding rooms one by one.
