Works the same way as PG billing, grouped by unit instead of bed.

Invoices generate automatically
On the 1st of each month for every leased unit — tap "Generate This Month's Invoices" to run it early or catch a new lease.

Everything lands on one invoice
Rent, meter charges from Meters, and any monthly maintenance fee all appear as line items on the same invoice.

Partial months are prorated automatically
A lease that starts or ends mid-month is billed for the days actually occupied — no manual adjustment needed.
