Creating your organization

The first time you sign in, you'll be asked for two things — your organization name and your first property. That's the whole setup.

Enter your organization name

This is your company or business name (e.g. "Royal Reed Management") — it groups every property you add under one roof.

Name your first property

Whatever you'd call it out loud — e.g. "Royal Reed Layout" or "Sunrise PG".

Pick a property type

Layout, Apartment, Society, PG, or Rental — see Choosing a property type if you're not sure which fits. This can't be changed later once the property has real rooms/units, so it's worth a moment's thought.

Tap "Create & Continue"

Your organization and first property are created together, and a 30-day free trial starts automatically for that property type — no payment needed.

You can add more properties and invite other admins/staff later — this first one just gets you into the app.
