Setting your maintenance rate
Rates apply going forward from a date you choose — changing one never rewrites dues history.

Choose what it applies to
All sites, all sites of one type (e.g. "All House sites"), or one specific site as an override.

Set the new amount and effective date
Enter the new monthly amount and when it starts — everything before that date keeps the old rate, everything after uses the new one.

Check the history
Every past rate change is kept in a log below the form — applies-to, effective date, amount, and any notes you added.
