Vino (“we”), from the team behind Claybricks, provides the Vino app and website for managing wine and beer shops. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Only to run Vino for you: show your figures, calculate sales, stock and the ledger, let the people you choose work in your shops, keep an audit log of changes, confirm subscription payments, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with advertisers.
A shop's data is visible only to its owner and the staff the owner adds, limited to the shops and screens the owner allows. Vino's administrators can access accounts to provide support and confirm payments.
Your data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Seoul, South Korea, and sent over encrypted connections.
While your account is active. A hidden shop keeps its history until you ask us to delete it. When you delete your account, we delete your account and the shops you own within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.
You can correct your figures in the app at any time, remove staff, hide shops, and request deletion of your account. For any privacy question, email support@myclaybricks.com or write to us in the app under More → Help & support.
Vino is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
