Delete your Vino account

Request deletion of your account and its data. You don't need the app to do this.

What gets deleted

Your login (email and name).
If you're an owner: every shop you own with all its brands, stock, invoices, counter closing, deposits, reports and staff access.
If you're staff: your login and access. The shop's figures belong to the owner and stay with the shop.

We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done. Records the law requires us to keep (such as confirmed subscription payments) are kept only for as long as required.

Email support@myclaybricks.com from the address you sign in with, or in the app: More → Help & support → ask us to delete your account. Staff can also ask their shop owner to remove their access in More → Staff & access.
